WOW that was sad the so called Franchise had three count them three assists and four turnovers. And superstar Cat had 1. Hey guys those other players that are dressed just like you its ok to pass the ball to them it will not be counted as a turnover.
PASS THE DAMN BALL!!!!!!

    By definition a point guard....

    sets up plays
distributes the ball where others can score
gets everyone else involved in the flow of the offense
    is a good assist player
    quarterbacks the offense
    finds the open man

The Rockets do not have one point guard on the team

EG makes 4 more shots and Steve has 7 assists. If guys are cold and the defense is taking away from them what's he supposed to do? Ever think Rudy might have told Steve and Cat to attack - 3 guard offense? Getting more options Friday will make a big difference. And, EG should play better.

How unique. It's not like we have 500 other posts like this.

And for the record Francis played 2-guard last night and Moochie played PG. Injuries suck don't they?

Your right, my bad for posting the point over and over...

however everyone is asking for more passing, or blaming others for not hitting shots when they get the ball.

passing more doesn't mean we have a true point guard

Players putting up shots doesn't mean there is a good assist involved.

Sure its been beat to death but until we have a point guard or a chemistry that works with Steve at point (with his style of play)
I don't expect us to move to any next level.

    IMO
    :)

Are these posts as redundant as our offense? Or better yet as redundant as one Moochie dribble?

i've never seen a shooting guard bring the ball up the court as much as he did last night - especially in the 2nd half.

did you guys even watch the game?

Man people are just haters. Steve scores 40 pts. and leads the team and people find a new way to mess with him. I bet if he had 0 pts and 20 assists people would say Steve cant shoot or shoot more steve.Geez. Give Steve some props for his game. He was the best one out there. Maybe Steve would have pass more or got more assists if his teammates would make some ******* shots. Griffin, Cato, and at times Mobley would brick an open shot. It really made me mad to see that. I dont blame Steve for not passing it if youre the only one at the time that can shoot. So if youre teammates can hit shots they dont deserve the ball to go to them.

Id rather have Steve score 0 points and pass out 20 assists and win the game than seeing him and Mobley combine for 50 shots and lose.

You are r****ded. First off, Steve had 4 assists. And Steve started at 2 guard. He hit nearly 50 percent of his shots, when no one else could hit anything. 13-28 is pretty damn good you idiot.

Steve single handedly kept us in the game. When Eddie and Moochie and whoever else was to scared to take the ball to the hoop, Steve was the only one doing anything productive. They kept passing it down low to EG who kept either taking scared fallaways or passing it directly out until we got down by a good 10 or 12 points. I guarantee if we had KT or Mo or even Glen we would have come much closer to winning. Steve put up so many shots because he had to. No one else was doing anything.
