I know this thread will be followed by a ton of others spewing vitriol at our beloved, but most frustrating Rockets. So, let me try and sneak in first and say this. Hey, we can only improve from here. We did remarkably well early, and are now suffering a bit of an indentity crisis among other shortcomings. But its a long, long season, and we have a really good chance of being right in the mix at playoff time.
I have never been the one to complain. I have always been positive. Sorry. Not this time. Last straw. The things I see on defense and how completely lost we look on offense in the 4th. This is embarrassing.
i have always been the one to create threads like this but If Aldelman doesnt change his players iE RAFER ****EN ALSTON then the rockets will NEVER EVER be elite
Well, we've stopped playing Van Gundy's offense and don't seem to have replaced it yet with anything else. So in that sense, you're right. Let me know when we look like we have a plan again, and I'll turn on the TV.
Who should he be playing? I'm serious. I imagine you have already discussed this on another thread that I missed but I am genuinely interested in how you think the minutes should be distributed.
It's not losing so much, but this total lack of heart and effort makes me think it will be difficult to win in the playoffs (enter Jim Mora 'playoffs' clip). Walking the ball up the floor, not hustling on D, no leadership what-so-ever. It doesn't bode well for the future.
This team doesn't know how to win. There is no identity this year. Last year, we were a defense first, inside-out, good rebounding team. Now we are ???
