I think the Rockets logo is one of the coolest ones (yes, including the rocket). The uniforms suck.

Sorry, but I liked the old Rockets logo.

This one just looks too cartoonish. I think it's the face.

I also like the logo......minus that crazy sharky rocket. It would've looked much better without the face and needle point.

I also like the colors, but otherwise I'm with Rocketeer...Houston's unis suck.

I like the old red&gold also.I think we changed it too soon after winning back to back championships,at that point in time,I think teams were intimidated by them.Then we changed to the red,white,& blue jams and they forgot about all we accomplished in the prior two years and our other finals teams.It was like we were a expansion team.

Ok, now you guys are making me pretty mad. Have you looked at the old Rockets logo lately? It was really one of the best in the league, and the new one is horrible.

They released that logo in the mid 90's, at the dawn of the pin stripe. There were increased sales at the time for uniforms like charlottes and the Magic, so Leslie Alexander decided to sell out, change the logo and try to make some cash. Now we're stuck with the least commercially successful logo in the history of the world, and to make matters worse it's from the mid nineties so it's got that angry look...piece of crap, and you all know it. Quit pretending. It was synonymous with changing the music to the national anthem to a song by Guns and Roses. The rockets need to do some soul searching and change the uniforms, colors, and logo to something bearable. Right now it's freaking disgusting.

I don't understand the thinking that the rocket looks stupid because it has WWII nose art on it, yet a leprechuan and a pissed off bull are great logos.

LOL! Yeah, I still haven't figured out how an angry-looking bull is such a great logo. The leprechaun, ok... at least the guy's spinning a basketball... but the bull? Dunno.

First of all, where the hell have you been lately? I thought you might have pulled a Rockfan on us...

Anyway, I guess this is another jab at the * championship years of our beloved Rockets. They love those logos because of the "history" behind the team. How come our old logo doesn't get a mention, damn it?

I'm not sure how that plays into the creativity aspect of the logo itself, but I guess they take any other associations into account as well.

Anyway, I like the logo we have now but I just don't understand why we have that shark spinning around. What's that about? I do like the R, as FF also mentioned.
As far as the uniforms, what a waste of a perfectly good color combination. Add a bit of traditional style to the unis, and you have on of the best in the league.

Antisonic, what's the new logo then? Lets see.....it's a basketball....with the word "Rockets" written in front of it, except bigger....Oh, I see, vast improvement. The clincher with this one is the little "rocket" flying around the basketball.....Very creative. I'm not one to stoop to this level of discussion, but you started it.

Antisonic, you stink dude. The old logo is a good logo. It's fun to look at, and kind of hard to draw off the top of your head. It's subtle. Don't dis it, dork.

I think all you old farts should get over that old logo......it sucked baddly!!!! The logo they have now is the best. What is so bad about being abit cartoonish. I think their jerseys are ok, IMO. But the ones Rocketeer made are the best........I would like to see that jersey with the full Rockets logo!

This may sound odd to you but i happen to like the Rocket Logo AND jerseys. I only started doubting that until i heard all the bashing the jersey's get from everyone. what's so bad about them?
