McGrady just started doing some on-court stuff, set shots, free throws, some diagonal cuts. Those are just the first on-court steps. -- Jonathan) http://blogs.chron.com/nba/2009/07/pondering_the_rockets_future_w.html Seems less and less likely that he will be traded before the season starts, and more likely that Battier will be traded, but dear God please not let it be for Pryzbilla
Good to hear he's moving around and setting foot on a court. I couldn't find it on that page, though. Maybe I can't read.
Pay check and future NBA career. I hope he steps up also, even if it is a little selfishly motivated.
Terrific. With Yao out, wathing T-mac playing in the second half of the following season makes me happier. Come on, dude.
hope that he's back ASAP and gets a long set of games to get his form back. He's going to need a lot of games.
i prefer him come back, play well, that will increase his value more b/c his expiring contract + some game left will eventually lead some team to ante up the offers
As much as he frustrated us last year, i'm sure we would all be happy to see a healthy, happy and TEAM MOTIVATED T-Mac on the court. I'm sure he will personally motivated with the next contract on his mind, hopefully not to the detriment of the Rockets as a team, if he were to play for us.
Wonder if he put on any weight because that's what usally happens to players that don't play ball for along time ex: Mike Sweetney
Yes! Let´s trade him for Ben Wallace so we could reach an all time NBA low 2-80! We need star power we have enough excellent role player power.
Everyone likes saying he's going to step it up because its a contract year. Shouldn't he already be a 100 millionaire even after taxes plus assets?
i really dont care if he does or doesnt get traded. If he does then i know Morey isn't going to give him up for garbage or else he would have already done it during the draft. If he stays then thats 20+ million that we can use on a free agent next year (D-Wade ) Its a win win situation
