A better way to remove oil from driveway: spread kitty litter all over oil. Let sit for a little while. Then grind kitty litter into driveway with a brick.

Also, reagarding #49. Keep piano keys looking new. Keep cover open, ivory turns dark if exposed to darkness. This is true - but only for pianos with REAL ivory keys (only very old pianos). Most modern pianos do not use real ivory, and their covers should be kept closed to prevent dust from gathering internally.
Revive dried out pot Add a piece of lettuce to the bag Seriously, these are things I can picture my Grandmother doing but not something I would probably do.
66. How to clean your ties. Put tie in jar with some carbon tetrachloride, shake, take out and let dry. Now where the heck do I find carcon tetrachloride?
There are some large, very old containers of it in my school's chemistry storeroom, I am not happy to report. I would rather not even have that stuff around. The chemistry community considers it to be too carcinogenic and has been replacing it with dichloromethane (methylene chloride) in student labs. Not that you should have that sitting around your house either.
Yea, I looked up that chloride stuff online and I thought it was toxic. I still need to get this damn stain off my new tie.
