    It says, "Al-Jalala Al-Yousifya" I believe, which means something along the lines of "Yousifiya Majesty" or something similar to that.

    To be honest, it sounds like someone who isn't fluent in Arabic made that thing ;)

    the second letter looks more like a meem than a jeem. coz that dot underneath it looks kinda like the flash
