[Help] What is the name of the song?

I just heard a song on Starbuck's radio I can't get out of head now. I want to learn it (on guitar) but I need the name. Noone here knows.

The chorus goes something like:
"Collecting friends is easy for you,
Keeping them is difficult for you,
I'll spend my days remembering your ways,
So hold on to the few that remain"

Its a dude singing on an acoustic guitar though now as I type this I think I've heard Sheryl Crowe (or a similiar) artist do a version. Anyone know the song?
