I don't think that's a very good idea. I mean, aren't they going to the playoffs? And remember how much we hated it when other fans would come in here just to talk smack. I would recommend against it, this isn't ESPN or CNNSI message boards. As an outsider to your board that has at least gained some measure of grudging acceptance here, I can't condone flame attacks on other boards. The main reason I feel welcome here (by most) is that I see you protect anyone who is willing to have rational discussions and your administrator is watching the people from either side that just want to use this as a place to work out their frustrations from life and not basketball. Although I have been waiting for several years for a victory like last night's stomping by the Griz (the Blazers never were even in the same gym as us) and I find it really tempting to go after Portland (we in Vancouver have a special place in the black side of our hearts for Greg Anthony), as the self-annointed Clutch psychologist, I don't recommend it...even though one could certainly work on the angle of those headbands causing some kind of permanent braincramps. ------------------
No no - not only I am not bringing Clutchcity into this. Hell, I am not even bringing the Chucky Brown Fan Club. This is freelance. To me, there is a difference between being obnoxious ('hey you, you suck') and being really insightful ('early congratulations to the Blazers on their early exit from the playoffs'). But I can see the other side - even though I sorta like flamethrowers, myself. Nonetheless my post has thus far resulted in this many posts from Blazer fans: 0. Looks like I am getting the crickets. I'm a man, I'l admit it. I don't know, the sun was just shining so bright in this blue sky, and the flowers smelled nice and the birds were singing. . .it made me want to rag the blazers, what can I say.
