My wife threw Javelin at Rice and was freaking awsome. We just learned that she is a candidate to be selected the Most Outstanding Student-Athlete in the 25 year history of Division I athletics for Women's Track and Field!!!! How cool is that? She won three NCAA championships! Unfortunately it doesn't mention that she got 2nd once (she was injured that year) and she still remains the Canadian record holder in her event. lol. ~200 feet is her best throw. Since I was a distance runner at Rice, I just need to get about 1 football field away and I'm good to go. Keep it up guys! This rocks!
