Hey guys, I'm looking for some help College GameDay is coming to TCU for the game against Utah this weekend, I'm going be there, close to the front. Me and my friends have 5 3foot by 4foot signs on 8foot poles, but we are looking for more things to put on the signs. Trying to find something funny, it can be totally random too Can include anything about TCU, beating Utah, BCS rankings, etc. Inappropriate signs are going to be confiscated however. Thanks, and hopefully if i got some good ideas you guys can see them 9am on Saturday on ESPN
Can't wait! Looks like I'll be there too!!! WHOOHOOO!!! Slip in a phrase only CF.net peeps will understand. Go Frogs! BTW: I'm going to set the DVR for the game too, is it being picked up by a major network or is it still on Versus? Does this mean it's the main game on ESPN?
"Why are there no videos of [insert lineman] passing?" "[insert Utah player/coach] falls in a faint."
It's on CBS College, yeaaaa...... we can't get a real national game haha I really just want to make a sign that says "Aaron Brooks for Heisman"
always a classic and every week theres a sign that says "[insert name] clubs baby seals" does that stem from Clyde or from something else?
LOL. I figured. This got me confused though: http://espn.go.com/dallas/columns/colleges/blog/_/post/4635245
What got you confused? The BYU game (at BYU) was on College Gameday and now this one is the firt time they are coming to Fort Worth, but its our second game on the program, other one was just an away game. Or are you confused about why the game's not featured on ESPN then? They just don't like to play Mountain West games ever, and Versus/CBS College has our rights to the games. So why are you coming to the game? Are you alumni?
The part that said it's the first time they came to TCU for a game. I know it's the first time for Gameday, but guess I read into it that ESPN was picking up the game too. I attended TCU back in the day, and my little sister is now attending.
Oh that's exciting, yea I love it here already, and I'm just a freshmen. This should be a great weekend though. This whole campus is hyped up. Their doing so much work this week, repainting random handle bars in the commons, finishing up the exterior renovations on Scarbarough Hall, etc.
Nice to have the excitement over the football program again. Few years ago it was kind of the same way, especially after beating OU to start it all off. (freaking smu...lol). Go Frogs!
The LT years must have been great, but there's major hype around town now, it's gonna be good. Riff. Ram. Bah. Zoo.
