I'm sitting here in Katy trying to watch tonight's preseason game and can't find it anywhere. No sign of FSSW or FSNH anywhere in my program guide. F*ck*rs are showing "no programming scheduled at this time" Why the **** did I get U-VERSE if I can't watch my Rockets? Please advise. TIA.
Same prob for me. I didn't call to check, but it was listed as being on fssw2 channel 755. unfortunately, it wasn't on the channel. first preseason game, i'm not too worried about, but later on i'll figure out the problem and how to fix it.
I called their 24-hour and spoke to "Jermaine" (not Jackson). He was courteous enough to tell me that it is up to the NBA to black out those things... I just wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem, but I guess it's ALL OF US. Thanks, man. Here's at&p's Tech Support Numbers so you can call and say: "Hey, wtf is the point of cable if you're going to black out everything?!?!?! I got the MEGASUPERHYPER Package that includes all 10000 channels and I can't see the ROCKETS?!?!? Baloney!" just like I did. Hey, Faos, does Comcast give you 3 hd receivers and one of those a DVR without extra cost? I am just wondering if I have to go with them...
I don't know what Ill-Skillz is talking about, but he said that they couldn't control what the NBA says about broadcasts... mine said "no programming scheduled" and I restarted it... but no game came back on. I guess I will really curse them if this happens during the season. Ill-Skillz, what thread??!?
This thread!! http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=135466&page=3 Hopefully it works, im getting u verse soon.
I'm guessing the FSNHD channel on suddenlink cable only comes on the air during a game or something. My roommate said he watched the TAMU game on it in HD. Shows off air right now.
I watched the game last night on channel 755. When I first signed up for Uverse, I had trouble watching Astro games on 755. I had to call a few times before they finally corrected the problem. If you recently signed up, maybe that is the issue.
Not to derail the thread, but how do you guys like U-Verse? I am building a house now and thinking of having U-verse from day one.
other than last nights glitch, I am very happy with it. Great feed, plenty of channels and a good price. As I've stated before, the only downside is that currently you can only have one dvr (i've been told that people are adding addtnl phone lines to get a second). Next year though, they plan on making that dvr a whole home style like dish networks.
FSSW HD is channel 1353 on Uverse. So far so good with Uverse. Lots of channels, good picture quality, fast internet, and better prices than Comcast.
BESIDES FAST INTERNET and CLEAR HD and REGULAR channel pictures?!?!? I liked the fact that the DVR and HD-ready receivers were available at no cost, unless you order their lowest package. Now they're offering 12 months of HD at -$10.00, which saves a bundle. I am about to order the u300. I also like the fact that they tell you what features will be available in the future, like viewing DVR'd content on different TVs, etc.: http://www.att.com/Uverse/files/FutureIPApps.pdf now: http://www.att.com/Uverse/files/UverseFeatures.pdf One of the best features is that their RESIDENTIAL GATEWAY allows wireless access from devices... something that you didn't have to purchase separately from other services. I've gotten up to 5900kbps sometimes. Thanks for the channel referral, dudes... I will call them again and ask about those... I really hated not being able to see my ROCKETS last night.
