After 58 (seemingly) years at the University of Houston (I call Bill Yeoman "sonny"), I am finally getting my masters degree. I need some assistance, though. The person in charge of telling me where to get my thesis bound for hard copies is acting like Amelia Earhart this entire week and I can't find out where to finish the job to get everything turned in. Does anyone in the Houston area know where I can take care of all of this? I would greatly appreciate any help out there.

    Signed,

I assume you are talking hard cover binding?

Ask a reference librarian at UH Library or at Rice where the PhDs get their dissertations bound. Ask a departmental secretary in any dept.

All you should need to do is provide four unbound copies on rag paper and a pretty big check, and six months later you will get your copies.

Copy stores (like Kinkos) are not the answer.

I know that there are websites where you can order papers, etc. and they are in charge of keeping and binding, but it depends on what UH uses.

As heyp says, ask at UH - ask your department head, department secretary, etc...someone has to know the proper channels UH uses.
