I am trying to edit a flier for an upcoming event. The flier is from last year and I need to update the deadline date, event date, contact information, etc.

I attempted a few things like a free online PDF editor and FoxIt Reader, but both got confusing and sucked.

I prefer Mac pages, but I couldn't convert the PDF to pages format. I don't minding making a new flier, but I would like the background/template from last year's flier. I didn't make it so I only have a PDF copy.

Is there a good PDF editor for editing texting? Or alternatively, is there any way I can take the template/background of last year's flier? Thanks.

I have Abobe Illustrator and I sometimes edit few PDF's by right clicking the document then opening file in Illustrator and then delete out unwanted text.

Let me know if you want me to edit out the text or something I can try...

e-mail me the file to my Clutchfans username @ hotmail.com

Would you also be able to add new text? Or is it limited to just deleting?

For example, one of the lines on the flier is: The 5th Annual. That need so be changed to: The 6th Annual.

    Is that do-able?

    Thanks.

I can type some basic text stuff but if it was a fancy font that is converted to curves then sometimes I have trouble figuring out how to do that kind of more technical stuff BUT I will try to do few text revisions/ additions for sure...

I am going to get all the information (i.e. final date) tomorrow and will send you an e-mail through the board. You can try to edit it and we can go from there. Thanks so much for the help.

I also recommend GIMP. It's free and easy to use.
