OK, see the guy with the Rox cap? Is that anyone from Clutchfans? It is sort of a shot in the dark, but I need to interview an amateur from the World Series and I'm kinda desperate! If that's you and you wouldn't mind a phone interview, please post here!

Second favor: I took lots of pics of poker pros, celebs, booth girls, etc, but I'm too lazy to caption them.

Would you guys mind browsing through the picture gallery and maybe suggest some captions for the pics? Informative captions are cool, funny ones are even better!

I think there are some celebrity pictures in there like Jennifer Tilly, Shannon Elizabeth, Shannon Sharpe, James Woods, Mimi Rogers, etc.

There are tons of poker stars pics like Doyle Brunson, Phil Gordon, Johnny Chan, Chris Moneymaker, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Annie Duke, Evelyn Ng, etc.

Oh, if your comment includes spoilers for the WSOP, please post a spoiler warning. Thanks!

I read Elizabeth Hurley....then couldn't find her pic, and noticed my mistake...it was Shanon Eliz.

Hah, when I was in Vegas a couple of years ago, they only had poker rooms in like 40% of the casinos. After seeing your pics from MGM Grand's poker room I also remeber reading somewhere that Aladdin has a poker room. Both places didn't have one before. And the Rio, where the WSOP was played until the final table (which moved back to Binion's) didn't even have a poker room.

I guess that's one good thing ESPN has done for poker. Next time I go back to Vegas, no matter where I'm staying, there should be a poker room.

Kim, if a crap house like the Gold Coast Casino has a "poker room" (just four tables of 2/4 and 4/8 action), you can bet that almost every casino has something going.

The MGM room was my favorite. They put you right next to the lion exhibit, and there are tons of tourists walking by your table, commenting on your play.

My friend was playing a 4/8 game at the MGM when this group of tourists walked by. One of them, a teenage kid, asked me in a hushed tone, "Wow, how much are they playing, a coule of thousand dollars?" :)

Uprising, good eye! She is actually a decent poker player. Now if only we can identify the Rocketfan player....

Not to snipe, but wearing a rockets cap makes you a member of cf.net about as much as owning a car makes you a NASCAR driver. :D

Cool pics.. isn't Phil Ivey the dude who wore the Francis jersey a couple of years ago? He needs to get himself some T-Mac duds..

My cousin played in the main event at this years WSOP. Lucky guy won a seat to the main event. What are you doing the interview for? I'll ask him if he'll help you out.

Ah HA! I knew this was a good place to ask. They don't call it "TEXAS" Hold'em for nothing. :D

Pgsxdjp and DoitDickau thanks for the wonderful offers! When you get a chance, please drop me a note at chief.editor (at) onlinepokercenter.com and let me know if you would be open for an email interview.

We've already done a couple of interviews with pros like Daniel Negrenu, Andy Bloch , and Clonie Gowen.

But a lot of our readers are emailing us asking for an "average Joe" view of the tournament. So if you don't mind some attention, I would love to interview you or anyone you know who participated in the tournament! :)

I just got back from Vegas.

The last time I went (two years ago) the Bellagio poker room would always be empty when I walked by.

This year, you had to wait to get to a table lots of times.

I noticed that Bally's set up a "poker room" as well when they didn't used to have one.

    Amazing.

If I remember correctly, Phil Ivey has worn a Rockets jersey before. Personally I wish he hadn't. I'm not a fan of Ivey though he is a pretty good player.

Vwiggin I sent you an email.
