So I got myself an iPhone as a bday gift and I just realized when I tried logging into this bbs from it that I cant put in my user name because there is no _ in the keyboard. Does anyone know if there is something i need to turn on to include more special characters for the keyboard? this would be a serious bummer for me if i cant cf it wherever i want.
There is a key for the _ in the lower left hand side there is the "@123" button press that key and it will show you all the rest of the characters you can use.
i stayed up til 6 trying to unlock the iphone for my friend. surprisngly, it went very smoothly. after messing up on the initial step it was smooth sailing. The guides online rock and gotta thank the nerds/dorks/geeks that actually worked it out.
There's no way you could send yourself an email/text or something with your username and just copy and paste it?
yeah i should have known 6 years ago that there would one time be a day when i would use a phone to check out clutchfans. i tried the 123 option like someone above mentioned but there is no underscore in there, there isnt even a * in there
I am typing this on my iphone right now. The_yoyo you have to hit the ".?123" button then hit the "#+=" button and you should see the _ button on the second row all the way to the left.
After you press the "123" button the underscore is not there, but there is another button with "#+=" and that is where you will find the underscore key. Hope it helps.
