   I dropped my girlfriends GPS yesterday and now it has a split in the screen and will not work, can someone point me in the right direction?
   
   Will her 1 year warranty cover it? I was thinking no since clearly it was damaged.

   I would think it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to have it fixed.
