Is www.google.com going to the uk version for anyone else? I have tried on safari and firefox, and tried to google an answer, but no luck.. apologies in advance for my ignorance!
yep, click on the link and it goes to google Uk for me. In fact, in my your quote above, to me, it reads: it's strange EDIT: More info, on a mac, have checked my date/time settings, seem right. have logged into and out of google account, no difference. it's annoying
I sometimes get that or google.ca. There's usually a link to the bottom right that says "go to google.com" Once I do that it seems to default. Or you can type google.com/ncr (no country redirect) into the address bar...and again, once I do that once it seems to work for a bit at least until the cookies or cache or whatever other computer goblins that work behind the scenes have a change of heart. I'm using Chrome.
