All of a sudden my flash players aren't working in Firefox. An example being www.cnet.com - the box in the top middle that rotates through the top 5 stories won't work. I've uninstalled my Shockwave and re-installed. Argg. Pissing me off. Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately my problem is this still doesn't work. I think it is Firefox related on my machine, because it works okay in IE.

I've gone through the whole uninstall all of the flash from my computer. I've gone to my Firefox plugin folders and gotten rid of all the flash plug-in files just to be sure. I've re-downloaded Flash and Shockwave...

    ...None of it works.

It's really wierd when I try and install Shockwave. It pops up that I need to install additional plug-ins to get the confirmation page to view. I click that, and its the Shockwave I just installed. Then I try and install through that process again, and it doesn't work.

I think I may just uninstall Firefox and reinstall.

    EDIT: Well, that didn't work.

    Any familiar with this problem?

You don't happen to have the NoScript extension installed, do you?
