My dad is having problems with his email. He can't send anything out and keeps getting this message: The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'X@x.com'. Subject 'call', Account: 'mail.x.com', Server: 'smtp.x.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 <x@ix.com>... Access denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79 I've changed the personal info with an "x". Any help?
Is he getting it for every email or just every email that contains the recipient X@x.com? If it the latter, then remove that recipient's email. If it is every email, then I suspect his email provider's server is having problems and he should contact them.
