[Help] Can someone help me find a local company that does Oil Rig Financing?

    I have an associate up in Tyler that would like to find someone down in Houston that could help him with financing for Oil Rigs (both land and sea) here in the Houston area. I'm based in NYC most of the time now and don't have any contacts for this issue down in Houston.
