The air conditioning at my apartment won't turn on for some reason, I can't even the fan mode to come on. I can hear the unit operating but it won't turn on. Any suggestions? I sometimes have problems getting the A/C to turn on but can usually get the fan to turn on at least.
Also forgot to mention that there was kind of a funny burning smell before I left the apartment this morning and it smells inside the little closet that the unit is in. Should I be worried about carbon monoxide or something like that?
Is your unit outside working ( The fan moving, motor making a sound )? 2. When you mean the unit inside your closet your talking about the blower. Check breaker box.
