I just brought a song from the Itune Apple store and was trying to find the song to drag it into my ROXIO BURNING PROGRAM but I can't find it? Isnt it a MP3 that you download from APPLE?

Then I notices the ICON next to the song has a lil black (lock) sign on it.

Basically is it only made to DL to put it in ur IPOD? but not able to burn the song out to make ur CD?

I think you have to use iTunes to burn the CD because the file is in protected AAC format which only iTunes can play or burn.

Bulleye! Just one way that Apple is trying to keep you to use their products. Don't get mad though, they should be taking over the world soon.

If you are using a version of iTunes prior to version 6, you can use a program named Jhymn (google for it) to convert the files to MP3. Otherwise you can burn a CD via iTunes and then rip the songs to MP3.
