Time to look into the crystal ball, and see what the future holds.

As my predictions last season was so accurate, this seasons they deserve a thread on its own. A thread of their own to really put my accurate? predictions to a test.

I will make predictions for every team - feel free to scoff as I post. My predictions are open for comments.

    15. Charlotte Hornets - Ses 2 16-66 * Pre 0-9 * Ses 3 15-67
Hornets won 16 games last season, and ended their preseason 0-9 while using their best squad. Hornets had some good trades leading last season for better picks, but then threw it all away on Jamal Crawford. It will not pay of. They will struggle to improve last seasons win total. In fact I predict them to win about 15.

    14. Golden State Warriors - Ses 2 6-76 * Pre 2-8 * Ses 3 13-69
Moestavern is the new GM of the hapless Warriors. He got a lot of wok ahead of him and will struggle to improve to respectability the first season as JDZAU left the team in ruins. His first goal will be to improve his 6 win tally in to double figures. I say he will be able to do that - next job is to get under 70 losses. And that is just about all the improvement I can see for Warriors this season: 13-69

    14. Cleveland Cavaliers - Ses 2 32-50 * Pre 6-5 * Ses 3 26-56
It might be surprising to see Cavs all the way down here after they were 10th last season. But a lot of the bottom teams have improved greatly while Cavs didnt improve so much. In fact I think Chandler will need this season to grow, and then Cavs can do greater things next season. The preseason record of 6-5 is inflated as Cavs fielded their best team, while others tested out a bunch of scrubs.

    13. Phoenix Suns - Ses 2 9-73 * Pre 4-6 * Ses 3 17-65
With winning only 9 games last season the Suns had a few holes to fill. Drafting Curry at 3, and getting their hands on Tim Hardaway to run the point will help a lot, but they also traded away Rodney Rogers. I say they will aspire wo double their win total this season, and that should be a nice little feature. They will also just about make it: 17-65

    13. Atlanta Hawks - Ses 2 10-72 * Pre 0-9 * Ses 3 26-56
Rimmy is fielding a whole new sets of Hawks in aspiration to improve his worst in the east team of last season. Several uplifting things have been said about these new Hawks, but in the preseason they have showed nothing. I still say this team is very much improved from last season, scheduling and testing of scrubs have to take the blame for being winless in the preseason. They will fight with Cavs for position, and I say they win the tiebreaker and gets the same amount of wins: 26-56

    12. Denver Nuggets - Ses 2 6-76 * Pre 1-10 * Ses 3 19-63
Nuggets were alongside Warriors the team with least wins last season. But Nuggets had the active GM securing good moves for his ball-club, while Warriors GM had to be replaced. Even though they improved a lot, Nuggets had a lot of holes to fill, and then trippling your win total is not a bad start. Heck I even give them a bonus win: 19-63

    12. Toronto Raptors - Ses 2 33-49 * Pre 3-6 * Ses 3 28-54
Raptors also changed their GM as KBM was really turning the once pride franchise into dust. And DieHard Rocket have also made moves to improve the team. Raptors will still come up with less wins this season, but the team that ended up on Raptors roster was not the team that brought them 33 wins, so DHR will have to start improving by deducting: 28-54

    11. Sacramento Kings - Ses 2 50-32 * Pre 3-7 * Ses 3 38-44
Kings are the first playoff team to show up in my crystal ball. Not a playoff team next season, but they were last season. DVauthrin lost Derek Anderson and Doug Christie from his Kings, and only added two late rookies. That will hurt when most teams got better in quality. Kings also lost some depth in losing 2 scrubs but that wont hurt as bad.

    11. Orlando Magic - Ses 2 17-65 * Pre 4-6 * Ses 3 29-53
Boville got most of his improvement from the draft by selecting good pieces to his holes, but he also swung a deal for Steve Nash to shore up is point duty that will help improve the team. Improving 12 games is a very good start: 29-53

    10. Vancouver Grizzlies - Ses 2 48-34 * Pre 3-8 * Ses 3 39-43
Nomar have found himself on the outside looking in for two seasons straight now. He decided to make a bold move and trade fro the top draft picks. He got some nice players with those picks, but I feel he gave up too much to get them. Also Griffin will need some time to really help Grizzlies contend for a playoff spot. I don't know if Nomar realized this as he decided to also ship out Kevin Garnett. Again I think he sold his players a bit cheap, and Nomar will again find his team on the outside looking in: 39-43

    10. Miami Heat - Ses 2 17-65 * Pre 4-5 * Ses 3 32-50
Heat's GM Drew P have been working overtime finding deals to improve his team. And when he found them he struck hard. This makes Heat one of the most improved teams in the league, but not enough to make the playoffs: 32-50

    9. Los Angeles Clippers - Ses 2 29-53 * Pre 7-2 * Ses 3 40-42
SirCharlesFan can't seem to do anything wrong. He score a deal from Raptors the minute he join. Keeps Dooling as his value gets through the roof, and then trades him to fill two holes in his team. From bottom feeder to playoff contender in no time. He did beat Mavs best team in the preseason so that proves he is capable of good stuff. I still hold him a few games out of the playoffs, but will not be surprised if he GMs his team into the postseason: 40-42

    9. New York Knicks - Ses 2 50-32 * Pre 7-2 * Ses 3 38-44
Knicks also found themself with a new GM as they lost their rookie 1st rounder. Haven stepped up, but of course lost a step as he didnt have a pick. He traded away his complete starting 5, and got back some nice pieces. I still predict Knicks to be the other team from last season playoffs participants to not make it as Knicks fall from their 4th seed last season. But their chance of making the cut is still good as a lot can happen.

Ok - a couple more teams today:

    8. Seattle Sonics - Ses 2 48-34 * Pre 6-3 * Ses 3 44-38
Sonics started out last season very sub-par. ended on a high note. Then Raven swung a couple of deals and Sonics surprisingly got back in the hunt for a playoff spot. But even if Sonics had the best record the last 15-20 games or so, it was to late to make it all the way in. Then Raven sacrificed some depth to get up and coming pointguard Keyon Dooling. If Dooling can continue his form of last season, and Sonics can pick up where they left last season a playoff spot should be a lock. But you never know in the though west. I think Sonics make it back to the playoffs: 44-38

    8. Chicago Bulls - Ses 2 27-55 * Pre 3-7 * Ses 3 38-44
Can Gettinbranded turn the Bulls over this fast? Several good deals indicate it, but I'm not positive it is enough. But the need for change, and Bulls being an up and coming team make me say they just make it: 38-44

    7. Los Angeles Lakers - Ses 2 52-30 * Pre 9-1 * Ses 3 49-33
Again I'm not all over Lakers. Getting Forston didnt get them out of the first round. In the offseason they didnt get much better either. But they had a very good preseason - best of the western teams, but I still don't buy into that. Lakers fielded one of the stronger teams in the preseason, and could have been beneficary of an easier schedule: 49-33

    7. Indiana Pacers - Ses 2 44-38 * Pre 7-4 * Ses 3 41-41
Sammy is not buying into his team as all the others are not doing either. Pacers surprise with what they accomplish each year, but now Sammy is getting rid of the overachivers for players that is a more known commodity. This could go both ways. I say Pacers stay about the same until they can complete the transformation: 41-41
