The exceptions are valued at half of the players' season salaries. In the case of Oden, the Blazers will receive a $3,380,262 exception. In the case of Haslem, the Heat will receive a $1,750,000 exception. Disabled player exceptions can be used for 45 days to sign or trade for a single player.
