If the standing stay as they are by the end of the season, then we would play Seattle in the first round, and possibly Phoenix in the second round. Easily the two most unproven playoff teams in the conference. From there it's one series with the "T-mac's b****es" to the Finals where you'll be facing an Eastern Conference team... Can you say "I believe!"

Me too, JVG took a low seed to the finals b4... I think T-mac could kick it into another gear for the playoffs and Yao could atleast play up to his reg season stats this time in the playoffs.. I think it could happen, but lets get past the reg season first..

Absolutely, but at least Rockets can play playoff basketball. Phoenix and Seattle are piling up Ws now because it's hard to chase all their 3pt shooters in the reg. season. But tell you what, I've seen NBA playoffs before and one thing you can bet on is that Joe Johnson, Q, the Radman and the other artists will not be getting the looks they are getting now... People would close out on you before you can even feel the ball in your hands.

The thing about players liuke T-Mac is that you can cover him as well as anybody, like Spree did last night, and he would still be "F--- you I am swoshing this three bal and there nothing you can do about it"

I'd think we'd have a shot against Seattle. Suns scare me because of Nash.

Agree, his elbows always are dead weapons. But it will be unfair for Nash.

I agree with this thread. I've said since the start, Phoenix and Seattle aren't built for the playoffs. In the playoffs things start to slow down and you have to have a great half-court big man and half-court team, something neither team has (and no, Stoudemire isn't a great half-court big man, that was proven when Nash went down). The Rockets are, by and large, a veteran squad with good balance both on the perimeter and upfront. Wesley, Barry and Sura will really prove to be quality pickups during this playoff stretch and into the postseason. The Rockets have depth, can run, slow it down, pound it inside, shoot from the outside and play defense. We're kind of similar to San Antonio, though they have superior chemistry and more experience.

In the playoffs. . . Nash folds like Origami

    Rocket River
Bump him hard and often . . .he will unravel like a cheap rug
