I drink sodas constantly and am in denial about the risk that it poses to my health. I eat a lot of salt, but measure that against the sodas and that makes it somehow OK.

What health risk do you take over and over again?

Smoking. Pretty sure everyone knows that one.
    Drinking.
    Eating High Carb Foods.
    Eating Fatty Foods.
    Not Exercising.
    Not wearing "Protection".
    Too much TV.

I'll try to think of more, if I can.

I'm 27 now and my mom said I'ts time I should go measure my cholesteral count but I never do. My dad has high cholesteral and is eating healthy now for fear of a heart attack.

Man, you and I must've been separated at birth. Right now, there is a big mug of Dr. Pepper and the actual container of Morton's salt on my desk leftover from lunch.

    Yikes.

I hold my farts in at work.

I really need to stop doing that. In fact, there's no time like the present, so...

Ahhh, I feel so much better now. Why is everyone looking at me?

Thing is that I really don't do much else that is that unhealthy. Don't smoke. Don't drink. Don't do drugs. Don't eat meat.

But salt and sodas just kill me. Uh, that and pizza. :)

Yeah, I do realize that I burn the candle at both ends. But no serious problems.

    Hell, I look fit.:)

How are sodas a health risk? I don't know since I only drink water.

I probably eat too much red meat and don't exercise enough. Otherwise, I'm pretty good. It won't be until later when I'm supposed to get regular prostate checkups that I'll start neglecting my health.

Soda's aren't a health risk. Just the media propaganda. Have a Coke and a nice big thick bubbly glass of Shut the F*** up.

Gotta get on board about the sodas. I drink WAY too many....it seems like I drink one with every meal. Don't ask why I just don't incorporate water into my diet because I don't have a good answer for you. Cokes and Dr. Peppers are my downfall.
