    EDIT: beat me to it.

    Well he certainly sounds a little more mentally capable than Stromile, at least.

    I know it's in his best interest to say all this stuff, but he actually sounds happy to be here and seems to understand the situation pretty well.

    He says he was never injured last year just doing what they said and he is happy for stability and loves it that he has teamates that can keep all of the pressure off on him

    says his field goal % should go back above 40% by playing with Yao/Tmac...if true...much needed boost.

    Basically said he was happy to be here and that it's where he wanted to be. He liked that CD went after him last season and he wants a coach like JVG who can keep guys disciplined and focused. Says he just wants to get out there and play, whether it's at the 1, 2, or even the 3 if need be. Said he wasn't injured last season and the Blazers just didn't want to play him. He said his shooting percentage should go up by playing with Yao and Tracy. Looking to win at this point in his career and he thought this was where he should be able to do that. Mentioned that he's played with Bob Sura and Mike James so fitting in shouldn't be too hard.

    Pretty short interview actually. About 5 minutes.
