Well, my wife wanted to go to Lousiana and gamble for her bday.....so we are staying at L'auberge du lac and it costs $179.99. Anybody know where to find a better rate, anybody with a hookup of some sorts. Just throwing it out there. Its a nice casino and everything....just looking for a better rate. Thanks in advance...

Stay at the Isle but spend most of your time a LaBerge

Good for you two. I'm just itching for a nice game of Crabs.

Berg is worth the price in my opinion, at least relative to the other option.

$180 for a weekend rate isn't half bad, actually.

Think so, I'm all about deals....we got the cheaper room because it didn't have a pool side view...

Ive gone to L'auberge du laca lot so whenever I go I get free rooms...ive refused to go if they won't comp me a room, just not worth it to me to pay for a room. I've gambled at isle, but its not as "nice", but I've never stayed in a room there.

since its your first time probably, you cant get a "deal" but make sure you get a players card and give it to them everytime you play. If you play for long enough and bet enough you can get the room comped. I wouldn't advise changing your gambling habits to try and get a free room, just win the 180 dollars and put it in your pocket for the room!

    good luck!
