hahaha, I wish him the best and continued growth. I am very interested in how he'll react when teams adjust for him more.

How are they going to adjust to him? He is not exactly our 1st option.

Chuck will continue to board, play solid D, Clog the lane, Get put backs, and shots off penetration. (All the thing we wanted stromile to do) Teams cannot and will not adjust to that more than saying to box out.

When Yao gets back teams will be adjusting for him less.

He is putting up these numbers without a force in the paint with him. No other 4 or 5 demands a double team. I think his numbers will go up when Yao gets back.

Yeah I wasn't too impressed with him after watching the Detroit game, but he really showed those Charlotte scrubs he could hang. Nice effort, great hussle. And the best thing is he can actually finish at the basket! Wow, what a concept!!!

And isn't it fun to watch our young bench squad run up and down the court?! We actually had fast break points! Is this the Rockets?!?

with bigs like hayes baxter, yao, deke, jho, stro...if you adjust to hayes you are leaving one of our other players to hurt you.

Who looks good against the Pistons? The Spurs didn't. Nevertheless, when Ming gets back, Hayes' size becomes less of an issue. I think he is a valuable asset to this team. Keep him.

He is exactly what we need. Someone to bang, get rebounds and not score. He is our Rodman, our Ben Wallace. Brings toughness to this team, something we are lacking.

I can see this team going on a big win streak even without Yao.

ok people, adjusting to someone is not just about a player's ability to score. It could be paying more attention to keeping him off the boards...I'm sure opposing coaches never even mentioned his name. But they might now. Something like, "Ok, double t-mac and keep those two (Bax and Hayes) off the boards." You know...actually recognizing his ability to rebound well, and try to lend more attention to that.

but way to think outside of the box!
