I had just formatted my other computer and reinstall Window XP. Everything is working fine, and I have installed all the drivers chipset, audio, video, and lan. As I was doing the window update, it prompted me to restart the computer so I click OK, but everytime the computer boots back up. I cant click on the bottom tool bar on the desk top but only the icons on top, until I open the end task screen (ctrl alt del) and click end task. Even though nothing is running that that time. It seems like now everytime the computer boots up I'm unable to click the bottom of the tool bars without doing a quick (ctrl alt del) then end task. Anyone have any suggestion? thanks.
