Have you tried unhiding the extension and changing the name?

    File - Save As...

Drop down the "Files of type" list and choose "Text file" and save the file to your desktop.

Make sure your computer is set to show file extensions (Windows Explorer, Tools menu, Folder options, View tab, uncheck the "Hide file extensions for known file types" box).

Right click on the file and choose Rename. Remove the "txt" from the end of the file name and replace it with "csv" and you should be able to import it into Outlook.
