simple question. imo, it is much more uncommon to find someone who has never used a drug, than someone who has. i wonder if this poll will verify that opinion. oh, and for the record, count me as a yes.
uh, definitely Pot Coke Amphetamines Acid Crack Amyl Nitrate(sp?) Hash I forget what it is called, but I was told it was heroin-based in pill form Mandrax basically, if it can be taken without needles, I have tried it. I don't do these things anymore, but I was a wild child in my late teens - early 20's.

verse, That was the one popular drug I never tried. It(XTC) wasnt that popular when I was getting out of the scene. I was always looking for a way to change my perception on reality. I wouldnt recommend it today, but that is my history, take it or leave it. It is a part of who I am .
is it fair to assume that you feel uncomfortable being around someone that is drinking or smoking or doing an illegal drug? or is it just a personal preference, and you're indifferent on others doing differently?
oh, no doubt. all events lead to the present moment, so there are no regrets... i guess i never got real crazy about the illegal stuff because prescription drugs were not only legal to possess, but to me they were better. vicodin, oxycontin, etc. were much more appealing to me. those i quit doing when i noticed an addiction starting to form. as soon as i had the first "craving" for one, i knew it was time to stop...and i'm glad i did.
Never have, never will. Don't like the smell of smoke, that's just nasty. Alcohol is fine. I'd be uncomfortable around anyone doing drugs. I'm in my 20's.
lol! no, sir. i work for a brokerage. it's funny because i'm surrounding by addicts of all types (i swear it's the nature of the business), yet have never been tempted to partake in anything with them. in fact, most of my co-workers disgust me. they are reprehensible people...with or without their addictions, imo. like i said, i kicked my habits. this topic interests me, though, because there are so many people on the bbs that criticize nba players for drug usage (usually mar1juana). i wonder if the majority of bbs-ers have never participated in usage, or if they are really a bunch of hypocrits....
Other than the smell, which I can ignore, I'm indifferent to others doing it as long as it doesn't affect me. I'm usually cool with people who drink and use pot regularly unless they go schizo when they use. The only people I've known to do the harder stuff like crack and heroin have been fairly crazy, so I'm more likely to steer clear.
Have I ever used an illegal drug? Yes, many, many times. The good news though, is that I learned from my mistakes.
Count me in as the 2nd. I don't mind if others do it, its just not for me. We have some friends that are dopers. As long as they don't do it in or at my house, I am cool with it.
The one and only time I used an illegal drug was the time I tried smoking pot when I was 21 (twelve years ago). I honestly couldn't stand it. I'm not against other adults using drugs, if that's what they choose to do. But, for me personally, I think regular drug use would be a hinderance to the kind of life I'd like to live.

I have, and still do occasionally, though I've slowed it down. Think about pretty much every popular drug that isn't heroin, and I've done it. I'm also a fan of some pharmaceuiticals. Oh...and I didn't really get into drug use much until I was 22.
