How much have you enjoyed this postseason? Even though the Rockets aren't in it, I've found this to be the most entertaining playoffs since 95. Every series (except for lakers') has been great, and so many games are coming to the wire. ------------------ blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
The Eastern Conference had some great series - but the Championship series(Lakers/Spurs) was kind of anti-climactic. ------------------ This space currently being renovated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
East 10/10. West 1/10. Overall, (not an average) 3/10. The West has put some serious stank on these 'offs. ------------------ The Protrolls.com message boards! Protrolls.com! And his ghost can be heard as you pass by that billabong: "All I fricking did was steal a bloody little sheep!"
I was really looking forward to the Western conference playoffs, but, generally (Mavs Jazz series is the exception), they have sucked huge ass. The eastern conference playoffs, however, has been immensely entertaining... more than I thought possible. So I guess it all evens out for me. ------------------ What is daylight savings time? And if we are saving so much of it, who's got it all? - Mike Warnke
I wouldn't count the west as being that bad -- the first round of the playoffs was good . . . after that, yeah, it has sucked. The east has been awesome though . . . GO 76ers!! ------------------ blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
Ok, lets all break out the Laker Bashing Bat! ------------------ If Bill Gates had a dime for every time Windows crashed... Oh, Wait!! He Does!
I've enjoyed the playoffs quite a bit--the Jazz/Mavs series was EXCELLENT, I really enjoyed the Lakers/Blazers series (I love it how those two teams HATE each other ), all of the Charlotte series' were good, the Bucks/Sixers series looks like it could go the distance...not to mention, I can appreciate a team playing at a level near perfection (Lakers), as long as it isn't the Jazz who are doing it. ------------------ Jazzkiller
I LOVED the Mavs beating the Jazz. Milwaukee has been fun to watch as well. Overall though, this postseason hasn't thrilled me much at all. ------------------ My doctor says I am bipolar. I am going to get a second opinion. I have never had intimate desires for polar bears.
I've thoroughly enjoyed it, even the show that the Lakers have put on in the West. Yes, they are steam rolling teams, but they are doing it by playing some good, at times beautiful, basketball. And I must admit, one of the main reasons that I'm enjoying the playoffs is that the nation is finally getting a chance to see the OTHER teams and players of the league not in NY, Miami, or LA. Its nice to FINALLY see Charlotte get some attention, as well as Milwaukee. Its nice to see Ray Allen, Mashburn, Baron Davis, etc. get a chance to show how good they are. Climbing off my soapbox now. ------------------
It's been pretty good overall, but the Lakers have put a bad taste on the whole thing. The Rockets' sweep of Orlando in '95 excepted (for good reasons), there is nothing at all entertaining about a sweep. And that they've rolled through everyone, especially the Spurs, has sapped all interest I had in the playoffs. I don't even try to watch any of the games anymore. So while the playoffs have been good overall, no I haven't much enjoyed it. ------------------ RealGM Gafford Art Artisan Cakes
I'm really enjoying the Eastern playoffs. The West only really contributed Dallas-Utah so far. But, LA's unbeaten streak will make the NBA Finals just that much more enjoyable when the Bucks finally beat them and wipe that arrogant smile off Kobe's mug. ------------------ Bingbong was set up, led to an untimely death in the prime of his life for no other reason than pure malice. Things like that do not go unavenged. Sometimes it spills out onto the field of play.
The smell of freshly mown outfield grass. The gentle, cool evening breeze off the Mississippi. The freshly chalked baselines and batter's box, the smoothly raked clay infield. The sound of a sizzling leather ball smacking into a leather catcher's mitt. The sharp ping (okay, I hate metal bats but that's today's game) of a bat nailing a ball on the sweet spot. Yep, I'm enjoying the postseason just fine. ------------------
