I think it's really messed up that when LeBron has a bad game on TV everyone is dissing him, but when Carmelo has a bad game on TV, nobody says a word. Melo had just 14 points against the only good competition he's had all year and was a non-factor for the game. Carmelo is a great player, but my point is that it's not fair for everyone to be hating on LeBron just because he's more hyped.

If Carmelo WAS better than him, I highly doubt that scouts would just ignore that for no reason. Why would they? Carmelo played for the best team in the nation at Oak Hill, if he was truly better than LeBron scouts would have nothing to lose by saying that he's better than LeBron.

LeBron knows that he's good, but if he says he's the best most will scream "Oh, what a egotistical b*stard!" Yet, Darko Milicic says that he will be better than Garnett. Darko implied that LeBron would get eaten up if he were in Darko's league, yet nobody calls Darko a jerk, why?

Many people on this board seems to think that he's a stuck-up jackass that already knows he'll be the best in the league. A lot of people here says that Melo and Stoudemire will be better, but noone backs up their statements. Since LeBron rides a hummer around, he must have no drive to be better? That's silly, and everyone should know that. Nobody here knows how hard he works. There is no reason to think that he can never be as good as Kobe, because he CAN. Jordan averaged 28 a game as a HS senior, Kobe averaged 30, Bron is close. You don't have to put up 50 a game to eventually be great. He's a team guy, he likes making the big passes.

There are plenty of people here who've said they'd take Melo over him, and I'd like to know why. Carmelo isn't the athlete, passer or ballhandler that LeBron is. Say what you will now, but I know that in a few years you will see that picking LeBron ahead of Anthony was the right choice.

Settle down man. I agree with your OPINION that Lebron will be better than Carmelo, but noone knows for sure. BTW, Lebron probably would get eaten up in Euro leagues right now. Darko never said he will be better than Garnett, he said that is who his game could be most compared to.

It just makes me angry when people say that they want LeBron to fail. I think that's messed up.
