Pretty neat. Thanks for sharing. Where I live in the Eastern Caribbean, sometimes the traffic lights are shut off to conserve power. At those times, the traffic runs much smoother and I save a few minutes every time I use those roads.
i do get frustrated when I'm in a line of cars waiting at a red light when there is not one vehicle or pedestrian in the crossing lanes... it also seems like most intersections can avoid traffic jams with protected left turn signals.
