Let me be the first to say: You are a loser if you buy underwear with a pocket for your IPod. http://wiredblogs.tripod.com/cultofmac/index.blog?entry_id=1301656xxx Underwear with an iPod pocket: the iBoxer -- only $22 apiece. No, you're a loser if you buy neon colored underwear that costs $22 each. I don't think I have a shirt that costs $22...
They're called homosexuals. Interestingly enough, gay guys generally make more money than straight guys, so charging $22 for a pair of underwear is a pretty smart idea. It's kind of like Tab soda. Only a few people drink it, but Coca Cola knows that those few people will always buy it, so they can charge three bucks for a six pack of it...
They look like they're marketed to college age women. I have no problem with college girls in Ipod boxers...
I prefer Fresca. Btw, the actual site of the underwear company is www.playunderwear.com Then there's Levis. Levi Strauss debuts iPod-ready jeans Tuesday January 10, 4:19 pm ET LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Call it the 21st Century watch pocket. Denim giant Levi Strauss said on Tuesday it had designed jeans compatible with the iPod music player, featuring a joystick in the watch pocket to operate the device. The Levi's RedWire DLX Jeans for men and women, which will be available this fall, also have a built-in docking cradle for the iPod and retractable headphones. Pricing was not immediately available. Apple Computer Inc.'s iPod is the No. 1 digital music player. The company on Tuesday attributed a 63 percent jump in holiday quarter sales in part to the iPod's popularity and said 42 million of the devices have been sold to date. Levi's is not the first company to feature iPod-friendly apparel, although it may be the first to make iPod-compatible jeans. Haute couture fashion houses began featuring pricey iPod carrying cases after the device's 2001 launch, while outdoor company Burton Snowboards unveiled what it called the first iPod-compatible waterproof snowboarding jacket in 2003. Last fall, Los Angeles-based manufacturer Kenpo launched men's jackets selling at Macy's for between $275 and $350, featuring iPod controls on the sleeve. http://biz.yahoo.com/rb/060110/retail_levistrauss_ipod.html?.v=1
It goes along nicely with the Apple pricing scheme. These things are probably a big hit in the gay clubs.
Where do you buy your Tab? It's $3.28 for a twelve-pack at Wal-Mart, the same for all Coca-Cola twelve-packs. BTW, why can't you find a twelve-pack of the major colas anymore? I can only find 24 packs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Dr. Pepper. What is up with that?
I don't think I've ever had Tab before. I shop at Wal Mart, and I glance at the Tab as I'm walking by. I've never seen a Tab 12 pack, just a six pack. I know they're over $3.00 for a six pack, but I was just rounding off. I do know that it's one of their most profitable soda lines...
Is that an iPod in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me? (well, maybe that would work better for a cell phone... iPods are little, so it's more like are you slightly excited to see me...)
I thought it didn't matter - nano or video ipod? By the way, mines a 60gb Video Ipod. I bought it, because at the time, hard drive size definitely mattered to me. My wife was very happy with the Nano (which says it all, I suppose).
ipods jumped the shark a long time ago. hell, it jumped it the moment it came out. It plays music. Big f**king deal.
