I am ready to end my campaign against Spreewell if he has signed with another team. Does anyone know where he is? Anywhere is o.k., as long as it is not the Rockets.

Nice to see you've woken up from hibernation, Papa Bear. May I suggest looking here:

As far as I know, he has not signed anywhere yet. I seriously doubt the Rockets are even remotely considering signing him. JVG sounds like he has the team he's going to go to war with.

I'm guessing Sprewell has de facto retired because he's not willing to play for what team's are willing to pay.

Eventually, some team is going to endure a major injury to their starting 2 or 3. When that happens, Spree will be brought in for the min to be a bandaid solution.

If we lost McGrady, he'd show up here. If Denver lost Marshmelo, he'd go there. If Bonzi Wells went down.....you get the picture.

He had a chance to sign an extension of 3 years for 21M.

Damn, he's not even listed in the NBA players directory.

He alienated the entire league with his "feed my family" comments, so he obviously isn't going to get what he asked for from Minnesota, especially considering he's 35. My guess is that he's probably received a couple of offers from bad teams and turned them down. He's waiting for an offer from a contender. He'll be playing in San Antonio, Miami, Indiana, or maybe even Cleveland or Denver if they get off to good starts.

...and sorry solid, that list of contenders includes Houston, especially if Juwan or McGrady go down

hahaha funny his name doesnt even come up on the player directory..

I think the feed his family line really made him look like a malcontent and teams are not willing to shell out any money for him. Its too bad his career had to end this way but its funny and ironic at the same time.

    cant feed my family LOL

It's still hard to believe a 34 year old player turned down $21MM. Minny's owner should send him roses each year in gratitude.

Like someone said, he will latch on to some team hurt by an injury or who maybe thinks he could be the final piece in their puzzle in January or February as a backup SG.

Yep, they real dodged a bullet. I bet the Minny management would say "whew" every time they hear Sprewell's name.

Where's Kerry Kittles? Is he hurt or something? I looked in the nba directory and he's not listed. I know he was a Clipper last season but he's not on their website. I bet the bucks wouldn't mind having him or Sprewell for a good price.

"Two high-ranking Miami Heat officials told ProBasketballNews.com late Wednesday that veteran free agent Latrell Sprewell is about to sign with the team."
