In my opinion, if I were the pelicans, I'd trade Gordon as fast as I could to get that guy off my team. To a lesser extent, we all knew that Tyreke was a bad move for the team, but gordon is even worse.
I remember when CF was whining because Morey didn't overpay to get him. He can score, but he's not a max player. He is an injury-prone Kevin Martin with "potential."
CF=10 members? Don't think anyone with knowledge wanted us to sign him for the ridiculous amount the Pelicans are paying him.
Cancer as in bad locker room guy? Or just a bad player on a bad contract? I think everybody knows he's nowhere near worth his contract. Never heard any reports of him being a bad dude though. Only thing I've heard about him was he was disappointed when New Orleans matched Pheonix's offer sheet for him, and he sulked for a little while.
What did Gordon do to cause you to start this thread? I haven't followed that team closely. Did something happen? Morey offered him the max. He turned it down. Chose the same money from Phoenix. New Orleans matched anyway.
I get the impression that he is extremely selfish player, and all around a bad teammate because he's just looking out for himself. When he was so-called injured, he didn't give a rat's ass about helping the team win, and now that there is some talent on the team he just goes out chucking up shots.

yes the 2 or 3 eric gordon fan's on cf know why he's a cancer but refuse share with the rest of us. so im gonna assume he has butt cancer, butt crack cancer. and that means he's gonna be out for the season again but they got a new and improved eric gordon in tyreke, so all is well
Don't recall Morey offering him max. Recall Morey asking him to visit the Rockets knowing he wanted the max. But I may be wrong.
Please. There was an entire CF phase where everyone posted Morey can't sign anyone and Morey can't sign big name free agents.
He didn't become the all star player some thought he would be 3 or so years ago but as far as I know he hasn't caused any problems this season. Injuries and a different cast around Gordon has changed his role. As far as being a chucker, he is paid to score and is only taking 13 shots a game. He gets into the lane very well.
What is a silly goose but EGO is starting to smell rotten. He needs a change of scenery that's for dang sure.
