Has Anyone Returned Something To Macys?

    does anyone know if they have a strict policy? i bought a jacket n some dress pants awhile back in december, only wore them once, and there too big and just have been too lazy to go. but I do have the receipt, but dont have the tags, does anyone know if there pretty laid back?

    From my experience, you don't need a receipt but you do need the tags. Macy's is usually pretty good about returns but I don't know if you took off all the tags.

    Macy's puts a bar code on they tag that they use for the returns.

    well, actually, I guess he could take the tags off, keep tags, wear them, and then if he doesn't like take them back... :D

    I've returned stuff w/o tags, just talk to the mgr. and don't tell them you wore them...Also, they should be able to look it up on the credit card you bought them with...
