With Torres playing so well, you'd think the Rockets would getting rid of at least 1 guard/forward in the future. Even after Rice comes back, we have to assume that if Torres keeps it up, he will still be getting 25+ minutes.
OT will get his minutes as rice and walts decline. they are getting old and he is getting better. his time will come naturaly.
Torres is great, and untradeable as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately Rice probably has no trade value at all. After all, the Knicks gave him up for a guy who gets only 7 minutes in some games(Shandon Anderson) and almost no production. If walt would've had any trade value then he probably would've been traded b4 the season started. I think the Rockets will probably stay the same for a while. That's obviously bad for this year but good for the future.
What about that ol' Walt for Jahidi White thing? With the Wizards national exposure I've gotten a chance to really watch them now, and that guy is cool. He stepped right up to the plate against Alonzo Mourning a few days ago.
Is there any way we can bring Bullard back? C'mon people, you know you miss him! Get rid of Rice and Walt if it'll bring back the Bull!
I'd still do this trade. Plus with Heywood surprisingly already solidly contributing to the Wizards (damn they got him pretty cheap), White would seem really expendable on their end. However, using RealGM I had trouble making this trade work because White is BYC. I even tried using throw ins to no avail.
forget White....we need Brad Miller from Chicago and somehow keep Cato. Cato, Miller & Willis will do for the next two years until we can do better. i'd offer Walt & Langhi or Brad Miller straight up. i guess i should go check that over at realgm and see if it works huh?...
ok,...Walt & Langhi didn't work, but Walt for Miller did. somehow i don't think Chicago would do it just for Walt though
