Looking at this game gets me thinking how our team could have turned out if he still played like this. The innocent Harden that got everyone involved, giving up the open look and dishing it to the open man for the better shot. You can tell in this game that Lin and him can really mesh together. However, after he became the 'leader' of this team, he just somehow only cares about him getting all the spotlight. It's like he wants to be the main man every game. I don't hate Harden at all, he's so competitive and fun to watch. But the ISO's every game just makes me sick. Note: Didn't have the rights to post in the GARM section so I could only post it here.
Not even bashing him, I love his game. I'm just thinking how good it would be if he could become a real leader and get everyone involved. He's definitely a top 3 SG in my eyes, but hopefully as he matures in this aspect, he will be the number 1 SG soon.
If you suggest what harden shoukd be doing to improve its nit hating. He must stop looking for fould every play and be consistent.
Pretty much this. He's just learned certain things like "don't pass the ball to Asik." It's easy to look good against a bad Pistons team. Also, this was before teams started gameplanning for him.
field goal attempts and assists FGA AST 2012/13: 17.1, 5.8 2013/14: 16.3, 5.4 Still the same classic shooting guard. He can't be blamed for playing hero ball in the 4th, its the only offense McHale has.
I guess "everyone" is code for one guy: [rquoter]You can tell in this game that Lin and him can really mesh together. [/rquoter] Note: I think there are plenty like you already in the GARM, so don't worry, your opinion is already well represented.
