Ditto KD... and Melo barely dunks. Yet these 3 players are arguably the best offensive players in the league. Bron's dunks aren't all that either. The 4 best offensive players. Can Love even dunk? Interesting
I am going to bed, but the offer was serious. How does one approach the question of whether Howard made sense as an upgrade to Asik? I have many thread worthy ideas, but I really do not care anymore.
Guess everyone missed it. Thread is about fundamentals. Kids spend their time worrying about highlights and dunks, yet the 5 best offensive players in the league aren't all that with dunks. LeBron, Harden and KD pretty much only do the same tomahawk. Melo mostly shoots layups at the rim. Love barely dunks. Most of them are awesome!! Youngster who really wanna ball need to worry less about dunks. A back to the basket postgame would help everyone too.
LeBron has some nice dunks... it's just mostly the same dunk. That's why he doesn't enter dunk contests. Dude got boo'd at HS contest because he kept doing the same dunk. Harden has had some good ones. KD's are surprisingly powerful. Talk to a guy who thinks man defense isn't played.... riiiiight.
Or a guy who questions whether there is really any difference between Hakeem and Howard, and would take the Heat over any team in NBA history? No thanks.
who are these "kids" you are referring to. Are you talking about fans wanting to see dunks, or aspiring young athletes only focusing on dunks and not other things and where's your evidence these kids actually care more about dunks than back to basket games
