Harden is a consistent scorer. However, his shots are sometimes questionable, I'd like it more if he was more selective in some of his shots. At first he was getting them in but lately he just hasn't. But hey it works and we are where we are.
Harden is making 5.8 million this season. Lin is making 5 million, and he counts 8.3 million against the cap.

Harden's TS% this season of 61.1% is 7th all-time for the Rockets franchise. League average TS% is 53.3%. Over his last 25 games, his TS% is 65.7%. In that span, his shooting % has been under that 53.3% mark only 4 times. Looks pretty damn efficient and consistent to me.
TBT, his FG% has gone down in recent games. But that's consistent with the fact that he's nursing a injury. If he were healthy and his FG% suddenly dropped for no reason, then I would call it inconsistent. But it is not. Right now, to say Harden is inconsistent is like saying Lin is inconsistent at the beginning of the season. You don't expect consistency from bummed knees.
