Harden and Ariza got into a fight after game 5, hence Harden's game 6 performance.

    I know people in the Rockets organization and this is what I'm hearing. The fight divided the team after game 5 so that's why Harden played the way he did in game 6. Take it with a grain of salt but it's an interesting tidbit to hear. Don't be surprised if Ariza is moved this offseason.

    I'm certainly no @cyberx but I try to share any insider information I have with you guys! Remember, I broke the news of D-Mo failing his physical hours before Woj did. #swybomb :cool:

    If true (a BIG IF)...

    ... lol at the organization treating Harden like Kobe.
    How many guys can he not get along with or not mesh with?

    The last thing anyone thought about after game 5 ended was "what about Ariza?!?!" I mean he didn't play good...

    ... but if there was a fight, it HAD to be Ariza trying to speak up against Harden's iso-dribbling and turnovers at the end, and likely Harden responding back with typical "who are you, what you bring to the table type stuff?"

    Reason for the fight? I don't want to speculate, but maybe Ariza was offended by Harden saying something about his poor play. Also, I find it difficult that a veteran like Ariza would fight a teammate.

    Either way, I constantly see James barking at his teammates for blowing plays and I could see how something like that would piss someone off when the person yelling at you is guilty of the same ****.

    If so this is really really sad! If it got so bad that we have to move Ariza who has been the ultimate team mate that is just stupid. I've been mocking the "trade Harden" people for a while now but if he really can't take criticism then the guy has to go or we just trade every role player.

    I'm assuming fight = argument. If so, not a big deal IMO. Game 5 was the end of our season. I don't know why anyone makes a big deal out of game 6. Once we lost 5, it was just a formality. There was no good reason for us to lose that game. Team obviously was done and ready for the off-season.

    Even if this is true, I don't think this is something that's been brewing all season or anything. Ariza wrote this article afterall. I hope they work it out vs. moving Ariza. Harden was obviously vindicated re: the Howard situation, but it's not a good look to keep for harden to keep having these rifts, especially with a guy that's seemingly always played hard and been team-first like Ariza. Also, I'd kind of prefer Harden to come out pissed rather than passive after having a tiff with a teammate.
