    I made the mistake of going to a Mexican restaurant for lunch today

    15 minute wait for a table for 2, 3 other groups came in after us and got seated first. Have never had to wait at this place before. They had 15+ open tables when we showed up.
    Got sat down took 5 minutes for the waitress to come and take drink orders, and drop off chips.
    5 Minutes later for drinks to be dropped off, told waitress chips are nice, but she brought no salsa\queso\green sauce.
    5 minutes later we have salsa and queso, waitress took order.
    Table next to us that showed up after us and got seated first has their food delivered as our waitress walks away to put order in.
    15 minutes later table next to us pays and leaves.
    25 minute wait for food, mine came out wrong, i ordered fajita chicken not shredded chicken.
    I'm late to get back to work.

    Horrible service. Thank you Donerika!

    Which location? There are many. I might go to the one near Champions tonight.

    Whenever I have bad service, be a fast-food restaurant or an elegant dining place, I let the manager know. Whenever I have GREAT service, I let the manager know and thank the wait staff.

    Did you nicely say anything to them about this... or just to us now? :confused:

    Some friend of someone I know posted this on their FB:
    "No Margaritas!"??? Why does this person "LMAO"? :confused:

    We in the U.S. and A. have Margaritas... and it's a good excuse to drink. Who's the loser now? :grin:
