    I downloaded an old Bulls game from Jordan's rookie year (or 2nd year) and I'm pretty sure it was Milo (or some other astros announcer) doing the broadcast....

    Am I just crazy or did he also used to do NBA games?

    I don't think you are. In fact, I think he did some Rockets games in the early 90's when Gene Peterson was out sick. Of course I may be crazy too.
