[/IMG] Well, this is a little late, but my friend and his sister went to the Galleria 2 wks back during the Portland series, and sent me this pic to put up on the BBS. His name is Josh, and he was telling me that Von was just shopping, looking at some shoes, and he just talked to him...talked about the series. Von was feeling particularly confident (props to him), said he's ready to step up. They talked for like 5 minutes (which I think is a lot!) about how his lifestyle is.... Great guy, great personality, modest...
Well all that u stated might be true but i wonder what he said to RA to get sent to the showers before the 1st half was over with...
It probably went something like this: Wafer: Coach put me in! I'm gonna punk Whosabitch!! Adelman: Nah I'll keep the guys on the floor. Wafer: Goddammit! Put me in right now!! Adelman: You go to the locker room.
hopefully he didnt say something to bad to the coach. And hopefully von can respond with maturity. We need von if we are gonna have a chance to win this series. We need this guy.
so true. I think that is why RA threw him back in the locker room. Hell of a timing to post this thread.
I seriously think Von was just egging on the coach the whole time he was on the bench to put him back in, and RA finally got tired of it.
you're right, i did post this at a bad time... i admire von as a player, but he does have to answer to his coach...the only thing im scared about is if RA can talk to him, and if he will sign next year....i really hope von finds this as his home....we cant lose him...
Every candid pix Von shows up he's rocking those butt ugly Ed Hardy graphic t-shirts. Almost as ugly as his handles. That said, I hope he gets his shiet together with RA because he's one of my favorites.
I have some intel on whether or not Von is coming back next season but none of you will believe it and we should be more concerned about the Lakers.
