I would not pursue a policy that is tantamount to ethnic cleansing of millions. Egypt, with good reason, would not accept this. Secure safe passage for civilians if Israel feels it must bombard an area. Elucidate some sort of post-war plan, with a guaranteed right to return and reconstruction of damaged residential areas and facilities.

The end goal for Israel (and the US which provides billions to Israel) should be pursuing a lasting peace with Palestinians and its neighbors in the region. The path they are on will not achieve that.

Yes. And your answer was they should evacuate to Egypt, which is an option that is not even legally available to them (Egypt controls who they allow into their borders and would of course object to accepting a million + refugees).

so weird that Egypt, which twice went to war w/ Israel, at least partially in support of the Palestinians, would not accept some of the as temporary refugees.

I find it funny how to make this argument people have to go to a 1987 charter created by a singlpe indivudal. This is the offical charter of Hamas created in 2017:
Hamas is full of damaged brain maniacs just like many members of the IDF.

And this ignores many genocidal statements made by high ranking Israeli officials like statements about clearing Gaza of all Palestinians and completing the settlement project that eventually gets rid of all Muslim Arabs from the West Bank to complete a total ethno-state.

This dude is not an informed individual. He has zero intellectual curiosity on the matter and has nothing but talking points.

I would suggest a massive sealift operation. From there transported anywhere that would accept them. There would be tons of Arabs from Gaza that could make amazing contributions to the United States. All of the "Palestinians" I know here are doing great for themselves. They are doctors, lawyers, teachers, scientists, entrepreneurs, etc.

I mean ya that's what ethnic cleansing is. Remove all the Palestine that live in Gaza so Israel can level it and turn it into nice beachfront property.

So, you don’t have a serious plan for what Gazan civilians should do — they just need to be whisked away to another country. Perhaps Israel and its allies should sort that out before they start bombing all the places Gazan civilians are huddling in?

Perhaps the Gazan civilians should not have so supportive of Hamas? What was their plan?

Gaza brutally attacked Israel in genocidal fashion. Now they are getting a response. And now you want to place all the burden on Israel? War was declared on Israel, not the other way around.

Go Israel! Go IDF! Go Mossad!

Also, how did @fchowd0311 pass whatever background checks to serve in the military? Glad he didn't blow himself and some of his comrades up.

Hamas hasn't been up for a vote since 2006.

At that time they were saying they were into peace.

This was from Hamas at that time.

In 2008 Hamas proposed an agreement with pre '67 borders Jeruselum as the Palestinian Capitol. Actual sovereignty, and no Israeli settlements. Israel rejected it. Sadly, they didn't offer a counter proposal.

So for a while it is entirely possible Palestians could accept that Hamas would continue to pursue peace. But the Palestinians haven't had an opportunity to remove Hamas since for more than a decade.

Lucky them then! The IDF heroes are doing it for them now. Palestinians should be grateful.

It's great if Hamas is removed. But they aren't going to be grateful to the armed forces that have been oppressing them for decades, and is also killing their family members by the thousands in addition to displacing the majority of the population.

    That just doesn't earn gratitude.

    That "oppression" narrative is BS.

    Hamas has been oppressing them.

    IDF is liberating them.
