I have heard that Horry wants to come back
and i know that Thorpe is a free agent
and we can always resign Hakeem well do I
    think it will happen NO

Horry can only play the four spot and I think
we are good to go there with thomas as a backup and horry's legs are almost shot and it is downhill from their plus he would have to give up 15 million to leave the best team in the NBA for his baby girl he might be willing to do it but are the Rockets?

Thorpe's problem is father time and bad legs
have caught up to him and he is only going to get worse he might have a hard time geting work as a player in the NBA next year
the rockets are looking for much Younger players

Hakeem can still play and the Rockets want him back but not for 10 m1llion a season
though i think he could live with about
5 million a year but I could be wrong.

If I am not mistaken, Horry is ALSO backing up Shaq at the 5 spot. Horry has been tremendous on defense throughout the playoffs. I would take his shot blocking and defense over Cato anyday.

He's playing in Venezuela. Maybe we can trade Cato, Walt, and the #22 draft pick for him!

I have a feeling that Jent played in the NBL (Australia) for a while....but don't quote me on it.

I wouldn't mind Horry back (did he leave with a grudge, or not?). But asking for Thorpe back is going a little to far. He was a great player in his day, but I doubt he could do anything useful on the court now.

Thorpe could give some team 10 minutes a game
but he wouldn't be good for the rockets

Did Earl Cureton, Zan Tabak, and Chris Jent ever play? I just remember them having mop up duty.

I loved Scottie Brooks. He was all heart with just a little bit of talent. He could hit the open shot. One of my favorite all-time guys.
