I'm asian, I'm 21. People at the barbershop keep saying my hair is thin. Am I the only one?? Anyone know a solution to this? ALso, I've been wanting a new hairstyle since forever but everytime I tell the barber to give me something in this book, they always give me the same style again. I'm tired of the spikes, tired of the fade, tired of it. I want to get a white guy's hair style. Kind of like Jim in the Office. How can I achieve that??? Also does my hair being thin mean I'm going to lose hair soon? Thank you for the responses.

First off thin hair doesn't mean you are going to become bald. Most asians have thin hair. If you have thick hair you can have it thinned out. If you have thin hair you are screwed. Use the shampoos and conditioners that advertise "full body" or whatever (girly-man), and try and fake thickness by using thick/hard wax products on dry hair, if you use watery styling products and/or on wet hair you will get thin shrill spiky looking hair. Thats my novice advice but if you want hair like Jim then any old bad haircut should do, might as well mullet-up.

The 2nd episode after the Booze Cruise where Michael reveals Jim's crush secret to the office there's a part where he starts imitating Jim, and I believe theres a clip of Michael fussing his hair about to copy Jim. And Steve Carrel has some thin hair. Hell, even Dwight did his hair like Jim, it shouldnt be too hard with mousse or wax or paste.
It would help if you have wavy hair, which is uncommon in most Asians. Especially if you've been fading/spiking for so long.
If you would quit spanking the dolphin, the hair on your head will become a lot thicker, so your solution is obvious - you have to quit cold turkey. Now, you kill 2 birds with 1 stone - your hair gets thicker and your sperm count goes back up. It's a WIN-WIN situation for you, McGrady.
